The main mission of the Société Béninoise d’Énergie Électrique is the supply, production, transmission and distribution of electrical energy throughout the territory of Benin. An important organizational transformation is being rolled out and the Company has a need to support the manager who will be identified by the organization to lead the occupational safety management service within the company and to set up an effective system risk management.
Several steps have been completed :
• Brief assessment of the manager’s profile and identification of the goals of the coaching.
• Coaching and coaching the manager in their development plan.
• Coaching and coaching the manager in drawing up the implementation plan for his security department.
• Coaching and coaching the manager to set up a management system.
